It relieved so much stress from me trying to manage things from another state. He went above and beyond getting things taken care of for us. Pure Protection has been phenomenal. Excellent service and professionalism. After buying our first home, the smell of must led us to contact Pure Protection. We were urged by other companies to do the air testing right off the bat without even looking to see if there was a visable problem or not. Which is a very pricey start and could be unnecessary. When I discussed what symptoms our home was having with Dan, he suggested to taking a look and investigating first. During their visit, they went above and beyond, even pointing out issues unrelated (like a lovely leak under our fridge we had no idea about) and spent time educating on all potential and probable issues related to the symptoms. Because of their thorough and transparent feedback and work, I would highly recommend them to any and everyone.

Dan was very responsive and professional. Unlike other mold remediation companies, they provide a free inspection and estimate for treatment. We were very pleasantly surprised that he was able to fog our entire office for the same price that others charge just for an inspection.

We were so desperate once we went to our house that we only go few times a year, and we took a quick trip and when I open the door the smell of mold was horrendous got panicked my daughter found Pure Protection on Angie’s List, and it was such a blessing to find them. They were on it right away. They came quickly to give us an estimate and always on time. They went to the last detail cleaning everything, making my house look like new. We were 4 weeks without a kitchen floor, waiting for insurance to give us some kind of ok to move forward. We were wanting a second opinion before we demolished every floor in our house. Dan and Ryan came out right away and gave us some reassurance when we were hearing nothing but crickets from our insurance. Dan and crew were amazing! If I had bad luck in having mold, hit the jackpot with Dan and Pure Protection. I’m not a local so we dealt via text, email and numerous photos. He was upfront with work that needed to be completed, costs and timeline. In addition, Pure Protection is one of the few companies who do this work that don’t charge for an estimate. Incredibly happy with the job they did and, that being said, hoping I don’t need them again! Great company! 5 stars aren’t enough! I recommend them highly!

We moved into the house we had just built at the end of February. In August, we noticed mold/mildew on our belongings in the basement. Did some research, contacted a few companies, then Pure Protection called. Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. We set up an inspection (no charge) and he sent us a detailed quote which included cost, process they would follow and even suggestions on steps to take for the future. We scheduled the cleanup and are very pleased with the results. Pure Protection is the kind of company you will enjoy working with as you as get rid of a problem no one wants to deal with.
